ATTENTION ALL NEW CLIENTS AND REFERRALS
OF TOTAL PIANO CARE:
We are pleased to accept new clients on a case-by-case basis, and welcome your inquiry to open a new account.
However, due to the vast number of pianos we service, and the low number of existing, qualified piano technicians who are available to service our present clientele, new appointments are being accepted on a case-by-case basis, for an indefinite (and, hopefully very short) period of time.
New appointments are being filled for existing clientele of Total Piano Care, during 2017.
We are happy to accept new clients, as the need may arise in your situation, and welcome your inquiry to open a new account.
At certain times, however, we may, at our discretion, direct you to contact another local piano technician for service, outside of our immediate network - provided another local piano technician
Piano Technicians expressly stated to be referred to you outside our network, shall not be misconstrued as being associated with Total Piano Care, and are not backed by our support in any way, including, but not limited to any of our warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied, orally or in writing. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for any service work these ones - independent or otherwise - perform, as they are in no way connected with our company, a closely related network of piano service professionals.
If and when
our schedule, reasonably foreseen, will not allow for more
appointments to be set, will a referral be given, inside or outside of our network.
Generally, appointments are booked 3-6 months in advance, and maintained every year thereafter.
If you are located within our service area of Southern California [Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County] and would like to hire one of our qualified technicians to service your piano, please use the form below to request an appointment.

If we do not hear from you, or miss your call or voicemail, we will contact you within 48-72 hours to follow up with you.
